California Loan & Jewelry has been serving the Sacramento region since 1909. One of the keys to our longevity is our commitment to providing the best customer service possible. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff treats customers with honesty, integrity and the respect they deserve. The staff includes two graduate gemologists and a third person who is bilingual, making all our Spanish speaking customers feel welcome.

If you’re a pawn customer, we’ll take the time to explain the process to you, step by step. And we’ll work with you to ensure your merchandise is not forfeited. Our goal is to build and maintain customer relationships for the future. We want your business, not your merchandise.

Because repeat customers are essential to our business, we always strive get you the most money possible, as quickly as possible, whether you are pawning an item or buying something from us.

For retailer customers, we offer a 100% refund on any purchase (except special orders and clearance items) within seven days, no questions asked. If a customer believes they have overpaid for an item or purchased something they really doesn’t need, they can return the item for a full refund.
